Appearance: Kerek is a tall, well built man, in his late twenties. His race is unknown to the great sages of KaranBlade, but most people take him for an Torannian. Although rarely out of his custom made leather armor, he fancies the white, grey and gold colors of Havendar. He is rather easygoing and you would never guess him royalty by looking at him. He has a spring in his step and a smile on his face that leaves only in battle and when faced with tragedy or the boredom of political life. In battle he gains a ferocity and grace that leaves the enemy speechless.
Background:  Training as a soldier since he could lift a sword, Kerek dreamed of glory. He found that at the age of 17 when he and a group of friends defeated his brother in his mad rage and ascended to the throne of Havendar as the king's dying wish. From then on he ruled in a just and kind manner and came to be known as the Golden Lord by the peasant folk. Although the duties of the throne hindered his fun quite a bit, he always found time to go adventuring with his friends and his adopted brother Silthenas, the current Archmage of the Annex of Worlds. While on one of these adventures during a battle a botched teleport spell cast by Silthenas sent Kerek barreling from Tenorum through the planes and landing on the world of KaranBlade. He now wanders the world trying to find a way to bring him home.
